Prince Albert Royals 15U Impressive In Win Against Northern Jays 15U

Prince Albert Royals 15U easily dispatched Northern Jays 15U to complete their undefeated season and capture the league title.


A walk by Markus Exner put Prince Albert Royals 15U on the board in the bottom of the first.


Prince Albert Royals 15U scored seven runs on three hits in the bottom of the second inning. Beckett Dallyn singled, scoring two runs, Emmett Kihn hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, Nash Stacey singled, scoring one run, Nash Noble drew a walk, scoring one run, Jett Miller drew a walk, scoring one run, and Josh Bonthoux singled, scoring one run.


Prince Albert Royals 15U scored nine runs on two hits in the bottom of the third inning. A dropped third strike scored one run, Kihn was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, Noble drew a walk, scoring one run, Miller drew a walk, scoring one run, an error scored one run, Noah Van Otterloo singled, scoring two runs, and an error scored two runs.


Noble started on the hill for Prince Albert Royals 15U. The starter allowed one hit and zero runs over four innings, striking out nine and walking one. Devlin Capner began the game for Northern Jays 15U. The starter allowed two hits and eight runs over one and one-third innings, striking out two and walking eight. Dallyn pitched one inning of scoreless ball for Prince Albert Royals 15U in relief. The hurler surrendered zero hits, striking out none and walking none.


Dallyn, Prince Albert Royals 15U's number eight hitter, led the team with two hits in two at-bats. Noble, Van Otterloo, and Dallyn each drove in two runs for Prince Albert Royals 15U. Prince Albert Royals 15U had a strong eye at the plate, accumulating 12 walks for the game. Exner, Noble, and Miller led the team with two bases on balls each. Tommy Sutherland, Exner, Van Otterloo, Bonthoux, Dallyn, and Kihn each stole multiple bases for Prince Albert Royals 15U. Prince Albert Royals 15U stole 18 bases in the game. Prince Albert Royals 15U were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Van Otterloo had the most chances in the field with nine.


Capner led Northern Jays 15U with one hit in one at bat.
