Ethan Murdoch was recognized for a standout freshman campaign with the McCook Community College baseball team. The Swift Current product received honourable mention for the 2022 All-Region IX teams after his first season of college baseball.
Murdoch hit .315 in 44 games with 44 runs batted in. He hit 16 home runs and eight doubles for a .706 slugging percentage before a season ending injury.
